Class Schedule

Classes begin in September and go through the end of April 2008. A regular school schedule is followed with breaks coinciding with holidays. For those dancers attending any Feis, May / June classes are mandatory. Information about Feis classes will be available in April.

Cancellations

Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor sickness or other uncontrollable acts will be rescheduled if a class would then meet less than 3 times in any given month. Dance class may be canceled if roads are icy or snow covered. During questionable weather, please call the studio or check your e-mail after 2:00pm to see if classes are canceled.

Class Tuition

In order to register for the 2007-2008 dance year, September and October payments must be paid in full prior to classes. Checks should be made payable to: Erickson Academy.

Please be aware that in some months, your dancer will have 3 classes and in other months, 5 classes. This is for dancers that meet once per week. Tuition does not change with these monthly variations. The Sessions are grouped so that each class receives the same amount of time.

In addition, tuition is due whether or not your dancer is able to attend all classes in a a month. Credit is not given for missed classes.

Beginning with November, tuition payments are due for 2 three month sessions:

• Winter Session (due October 25th) runs November, December, January
• Spring Session (due January 25th) runs February, March, April

Class times and fees for the Feis Session running in May / June will be distributed in April.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons are available to dancers that attend class regularly and are NOT a replacement for missed classes. Lessons can be scheduled individually or in small, semi-private groups of 2 dancers who are at the same level. Availability of lessons are limited and based on teachers’ schedules. All inquiries for Privates must be directed to Allison Erickson and then arrangements will be made for the lesson to be taught by one of the Allisons, an assistant teacher, or an advanced level dancer.
